To this day, he goes far and beyond the call of duty for all my insurance needs. And, many times to just to answer questions or to help me understand certain claims, ect. As I’m entering into the Medicare pool he has guided me thru the process as well in explaining the supplemental options so we maintain an affordable plan w the best options that are best suited for my needs.
